These terms are demo content for the fictional Lockwork. Replace them with your own.

Bookings

A booking is for one team in one room at one time, paid in full when you book. The price is per team, for the number of players the room allows.

Changes and cancellations

Move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your time and we refund you in full or move it for free. After that, the payment is kept. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your game is shorter.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are valid for twelve months from the day you buy them, in any room. They can’t be exchanged for cash.

In the rooms

Children under 16 play with an adult. Please never force a lock, a door or a piece of the set: nothing needs it. We may stop a game if anyone is unsafe or damages the room.
